I juni 2009 udførte vi 7 operationer. Alle syv patienter var fra Mangyan-stammen, som er det oprindelige stammefolk på øen Mindoro i Filippinerne.

5 patienter fik opereret begge øjne, mens de sidste to kun havde brug for operation på det ene øje. Alle operationer gik godt, og der blev fulgt op på patienterne en måneds tid efter operationerne.
