I december 2017 blev der gennemført 36 øjenoperationer på øen Marinduque i Filippinnerne. Screening Mange folk kom i løbet af november til screening hos lokale læger, for at finde ud af, om de havde brug for operation. Her fandt lægerne i alt 36 patienter, som havde behov for operationer.
